Welcome to the P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary Kindergarten Family!
We are so excited for you and your child to join our P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary Kindergarten family! We are honored to have your child begin/continue their educational journey with us and we look forward to driving them towards academic success!
On this page you will find all of the information related to the school supply requirements for our Kindergarten classes.

Some Important Things to Note:
- Please label all of your child’s supplies and any extra clothes with your child’s name.
- Please ensure that all supplies are delivered to your child’s teacher within the first two days of school.
- Please contact your child’s teacher for any additional supplies that your child may need.
Kindergarten School Supply List
Each student will need the following supplies:
- Three (3) Primary Lined Notebooks
- One (1) Soft Pencil Box
- Five (5) Plastic Folders (2 red, 1 green, 1 blue and 1 orange)
- Two (2) Packs of 4 Black Dry Erase Markers
- Four (4) Packs of Sharpened Pencils (48 Pencils in Total) & Four (4) Pink Erasers
- Six (6) Jumbo Glue Sticks
- Two (2) Boxes of Crayons
- Two (2) Scissors (Fiskars brand preferred)
- One (1) Pack of Post-Its
- One (1) Backpack (Labeled) & One (1) Lunchbox (Labeled)
- Change of Clothes (Shirt, Pants, Socks & Underwear - Labeled Inside of a Ziploc Bag)
Other Important Items:

- Two (2) Packs of Copy Paper
- Three (3) Lysol or Clorox Cleaning Wipes
- Two (2) Pump Hand Sanitizers
- Two (2) Rolls of Paper Towels
- Two (2) Packs of Baby Wipes
- Two (2) Boxes of Tissues
- One (1) Pump Hand Soap
- One (1) Pack of Gallon Size Ziploc Bags
- One (1) Pack of Quart Size Ziploc Bags
- One (1) Ream of Cardstock Paper
- One (1) Pack of Construction Paper

All our parents have to do is:

- Verify the shopping list (and add or replace any missing items)
