April 2023 P.S. 211 Monthly School Calendar

April 2023 marks the 1st official month of the Spring Season while also being a very busy month for our students due to a few class trips, the ELA NY State Exam and a shortened Spring Spirit Week which leads right into Spring Break! April is also National Poetry Month, Autism Acceptance Month and Arab-American Heritage Month!

Our P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary April 2023 School Calendar includes some exciting events such as our Make Math & Reading Fun Parent Workshop and the Earth Dome Assembly!

• Tuesday, April 4th, 2023 - Class Trip to Bowlero (Classes 900, 101, 102 and 103)

• Tuesday, April 4th, 2023 - P.S. 211 April 2023 School Leadership Team (SLT) Meeting

• Wednesday, April 5th, 2023 - P.S. 211 Spring Spirit Week (Wear Flowers and Spring Colors!)

• Thursday, April 20th, 2023 - Class Trip to the Movies (Classes, 900, 902, 104, 105 and 2nd Grade)

• Friday, April 21st, 2023 - Eid al-Fitr (NO SCHOOL FOR ALL STUDENTS)

• Monday, April 24th, 2023 - Earth Dome Assembly (KG-2nd Grade)

• Tuesday, April 25th, 2023 - Earth Dome Assembly (3rd-5th Grade)

• Thursday, April 27th, 2023 - P.S. 211 Office Hours for Assistance with the Elm Tree Phone App (9:00 AM to 10:00 AM)

• Friday, April 28th, 2023 - P.S. 211 April 2023 PTA Meeting (In Person - Begins at 9:00 AM in the School Gymnatorium)
