January 2024 P.S. 211 Monthly School Calendar

January 2024 has arrived and this also means that we’re stepping into a brand new year! As always, it's going to be a very busy month with a bunch of different events to celebrate! There is no better way to celebrate the beginning of the Winter Season than by sharing our P.S. 211 January 2024 School Calendar with all of our parents!

Our P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary January 2024 School Calendar includes some exciting events such as our annual P.S. 211 3rd Grade Parent Workshop, our P.S. 211 Picture Retake Day and our Breakfast with Our P.S. 211 Team Parent Workshop along with our monthly PTA and Town Hall Meetings!

Also, the SEL Monthly Focus for the month of January 2024 is Compassion.

• Tuesday, January 9th, 2024 - P.S. 211 January 2024 School Leadership Team (SLT) Meeting

• Tuesday, January 9th, 2024 - P.S. 211 3rd Grade Test & Reading Preparation Parent Workshop (In Person - Begins at 3:00 PM in the School Cafeteria)

• Wednesday, January 10th, 2024 - P.S. 211 Town Hall Meeting (Remote via ZOOM - Begins at 9:00 AM)

• Monday, January 15th, 2024 - Martin Luther King Jr. Day (NO SCHOOL FOR ALL STUDENTS)

• Friday, January 19th, 2024 - P.S. 211 January 2024 Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Meeting (In Person - Begins at 9:00 AM in the School Gymnatorium)

• Friday, January 19th, 2024 - P.S. 211 Class Trip to the New York Transit Museum (Classes 901 & 902)

• Monday, January 22nd, 2024 - P.S. 211 Picture Retake Day

• Monday, January 22nd, 2024 - P.S. 211 Class Trip to Rosa’s Pizzeria (Class K15)

• Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024 - P.S. 211 3rd Grade Test & Reading Preparation Parent Workshop (In Person - Begins at 3:00 PM in the School Cafeteria)

• Wednesday, January 24th, 2024 - Compliment Day

• Wednesday, January 31st, 2024 - Breakfast with Our P.S. 211 Team (ENL, SPED, ELA/Math & Technology) Parent Workshop (In Person - Begins at 8:30 AM in the School Cafeteria)
