Dear families and staff of P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School,

We would like to cordially invite you to our P.S. 211 Town Hall Meeting (Safety Meeting - November 2025) which will take place on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 in our school’s gymnatorium beginning at 9:00 AM!

Get ready to smile! Picture Day will take place on Monday, November 17th and Tuesday, November 18th, 2025.

Monday, November 17th: Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, and 4th Grade

Tuesday, November 18th: 3rd Grade and 5th Grade

Please check your child’s class schedule for their photo time.
All students are to wear their school uniform — a white or green collared shirt with khaki pants, shorts, or skirt.

P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School invites you to attend our upcoming P.S. 211 November 2025 Parent Teacher Conferences (which is also a half day for all students) where our parents will have the opportunity to meet with their child’s teacher virtually via the ZOOM platform on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM for the afternoon session and 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM for the evening session!

Elm Tree Elementary invites K–5th grade students to enjoy a sweet treat during lunch!

🗓️ When: Every Thursday or Friday during lunch
💲 Price: $1.00 – $2.00 each
