October 8, 2025 – P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary 5th Grade Family Workshop: Middle School Applications

Attention 5th Grade Families! 🎓
Join us for an important workshop on Middle School Applications on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025 at 8:30 AM in the Gymatorium.

This session will guide you through the application process and provide the information you need to support your child’s transition to middle school.

👉 Please remember to bring:
A valid ID
Your child’s Student ID
Your child’s PIN number

Apply to Before and After School Programs by Friday, October 3rd, 2025

Families: Please complete this form if you are interested in having your child attend one of P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School's Before-School and/or After-School Programs during Fall 2025.

The Before/After-School Program will begin on Tuesday October 14, 2025 (10/14/2025) and end on January 30th, 2026 (01/30/2026).

Please be advised that spots are limited and will be assigned in a first-come/first-served basis!

Please select your top three choices so that we can accommodate you as best as we can with assigning your child with one of the programs that you show interest in.

Sign Up for Free Parent English Classes Fall 2025 by Friday, October 3rd, 2025

Sign up for free entry level conversational skills English classes in-person on Tuesday and Thursday from 2:20- 4:20pm from October 14 2025 - January 30. 2026 


Elm Tree teacher will be teaching how to read, write, speak, and listen in English to help you support your child at-home and in-school.
