September 19th, 2023 - P.S. 211 Introduction to the Elm Tree Phone App Parent Workshop

Dear families and staff of P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School,

We would like to cordially invite you to attend our upcoming (in-person) P.S. 211 Introduction to the Elm Tree Phone App Parent Workshop which will take place in our school’s gymnatorium on Tuesday, September 19th, 2023 at 9:00 AM!

About Event:

P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School invites you to attend our upcoming (in-person) P.S. 211 Introduction to the Elm Tree Phone App Parent Workshop which will take place in our school’s gymnatorium on Tuesday, September 19th, 2023!

The purpose of this parent workshop is to assist our parents with getting registered/logged in to our new Elm Tree phone application while also showing them how to use and navigate it (which includes an overview of the settings options where our parents can select the language everything on the app will be translated to).

We would also like to provide our parents with an overview of all of the features that our Elm Tree Elementary school app has to offer such as the built in-calendar, news section and the conversation functionality (which allows parents to seamlessly communicate with any of our school’s staff including their classroom teacher)!

Our school’s tech team will be available during this parent workshop to assist parents with any technical issues while also answering any questions that they may have.
