5th Grade School Supply List
Welcome to the P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary 5th Grade Family!
We are so excited for you and your child to join our P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary 5th Grade family! We are honored to have your child begin/continue their educational journey with us and we look forward to driving them towards academic success!
On this page you will find all of the information related to the school supply requirements for our 5th Grade classes.

Some Important Things to Note:
- Please label all of your child’s supplies and any extra clothes with your child’s name.
- Please ensure that all supplies are delivered to your child’s teacher within the first two days of school.
- Please contact your child’s teacher for any additional supplies that your child may need.
5th Grade School Supply List
Each student will need the following supplies:
- Six (6) Marble Notebooks
- Five (5) Plastic Folders (1 Red, 1 Yellow, 1 Green, 1 Blue, and 1 Purple)
- Two (2) Packs of Loose-Leaf Paper
- One (1) Pack of Construction Paper
- One (1) Pack of Large Glue Sticks
- One (1) Pencil Sharpener
- Three (3) Packs of Sharpened #2 Pencils
- Two (2) Packs of Erasers
- One (1) Pencil Case
- One (1) Pack of Highlighters
- One (1) Pack of Washable Markers
- One (1) Box of Crayons
- Two (2) Packs of Dry Erase Markers (EXPO brand preferred)
- One (1) Pair of Child Scissors
- Two (2) Packs of Post-It Notes
- One (1) Pack of Graph Paper
- One (1) Pair or Personal Headphones or Earbuds
Other Important Items:

- One (1) Large Bottle of Hand Sanitizer
- One (1) Large Bottle of Liquid Hand Soap
- One (1) Pack of Clorox Cleaning Wipes

- Two (2) Boxes of Tissues
- One (1) Roll of Paper Towels
- One (1) Pack of Gallon Size Ziploc Bags

All our parents have to do is:
- Click on the preceding link above (or the button below)
- Select their desired vendor such as Amazon or Target
- Verify the shopping list (and add or replace any missing items)
- Finally complete your purchase
