4th Grade School Supply List
Welcome to the P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary 4th Grade Family!
We are so excited for you and your child to join our P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary 4th Grade family! We are honored to have your child begin/continue their educational journey with us and we look forward to driving them towards academic success!
On this page you will find all of the information related to the school supply requirements for our 4th Grade classes.

Some Important Things to Note:
- Please label all of your child’s supplies and any extra clothes with your child’s name.
- Please ensure that all supplies are delivered to your child’s teacher within the first two days of school.
- Please contact your child’s teacher for any additional supplies that your child may need.
4th Grade School Supply List
Each student will need the following supplies:
- One (1) Pencil Pouch
- Seven (7) Plastic Folders (1 Red, 1 Orange, 1 Yellow, 1 Green, 1 Blue, 1 Purple and 1 Black)
- Three (3) Packs of Sharpened #2 Pencils
- One (1) Box of Crayons
- One (1) Pack of Erasers
- One (1) Pack of Large Glue Sticks
- One (1) Pack of Colored Pencils
- Two (2) Packs of Dry Erase Markers (EXPO brand preferred)
- One (1) Pack of Loose-Leaf Paper
- Two (2) Packs of Copy Paper
- One (1) Pair or Personal Headphones or Earbuds
- One (1) Pack of Highlighters
Other Important Items:

- One (1) Pack of Washable Markers
- Two (2) Packs of Post-It Notes
- One (1) Pack of Lysol Cleaning Wipes

- Five (5) Marble Notebooks
- One (1) Pair of Child Scissors
- One (1) Roll of Paper Towels
- One (1) Pack of Gallon Size Ziploc Bags
- One (1) Pack of Quart Size Ziploc Bags
- One (1) Pack of Graph Paper
- One (1) Pack of Baby Wipes

All our parents have to do is:
