November 7th, 2024 - No School for Students & Parent-Teacher Conferences

Dear Families, 

We hope you and your families are doing well. We would like to remind you that November 7th will be a non-attendance/non-instructional day for our students, as staff will be attending professional learning sessions to enhance their ability to educate your children. These sessions will focus on foundational literacy and reading, ensuring we provide the best possible learning experience for our students. 

As a result, students will not be in attendance, and all before and after-school programs will be cancelled. 

This year, conferences will be conducted via Zoom. A flyer with a link to all the Zoom meetings for the school is attached for your convenience.  This and more detailed directions will also be posted on the school’s website elmtreeschool.com. Your child’s teacher will be sending details to you with directions on how to reserve a time slot to meet. 

The conference times are scheduled as follows: 

- 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM 

- 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM 

If you find that all time slots are filled, please coordinate a day and time to meet with the teacher on another day. Teachers have allocated time in their weekly schedules for parent meetings, and we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
