Dear families and staff of P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School, We would like to cordially invite you to our upcoming P.S. 211 Multicultural Arts Festival which will take place on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025 in our school’s 4th Floor Gym beginning at 8:30 AM! This is going to be an all-day event where each grade level will have their own scheduled time slot to observe that grade level’s art exhibit. Summer Rising 2025: Free Summer Program for NYC Students
New York City Public Schools (NYCPS) and the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) have partnered to bring back Summer Rising 2025, a free summer program for students in grades K–8. This program provides academic learning, enriching experiences, and fun activities, including field trips, arts, outdoor recreation, and more! Nutritious breakfast and lunch will be provided daily. Program Dates: • Grades K–5: July 2 – August 15 How to Apply: 1. Visit MySchools.nyc and log in or create an account. 2. Add your child using their 9-digit student ID. 3. Select programs that interest your child and rank them in order of preference. 4. Submit your application between March 4 – March 28, 2025. 🔹 Offers will be released in April.
