Dear families and staff of P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School,

We would like to invite you to celebrate our upcoming “P.S. 211 December Spirit Week” with us, which will begin on Monday, December 12th, 2022 and end on Friday, December 23rd, 2022!

P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School and our school’s Social Emotional Learning Department invites you to celebrate our upcoming “P.S. 211 December Spirit Week” with us!

Our school’s Social-Emotional Learning Department would like to get everyone into the holiday spirit by hosting yet another Spirit Week during the month of December.

Each day between Monday, December 12th and Friday, December 23rd, 2022 will revolve around a fun and unique theme to get everyone excited about the holidays and spread some cheer among our school community.

Monday, December 12th, 2022 - Bring Out Your Holiday Accessories

• Kick off our P.S. 211 December Spirit Week off right by accessorizing your outfit with some holiday-themed accessories

Tuesday, December 13th, 2022 - Wear Your Best Holiday Socks

• Bring on the spirit of the holiday season by wearing your best holiday socks

Wednesday, December 14th, 2022 - The Grinch VS. Santa…Pick a Side!

• Nothing like a competition between two of the most popular holiday icons! Who will win this year’s VS. competition: Grinch or Santa Claus?

Thursday, December 15th, 2022 - Winter Wonderland (Wear White, Blue and Silver)

• There ain’t no better place than a beautiful Winter Wonderland! Be sure to wear white, blue and silver outfits to show off your own version of a Winter Wonderland.

Friday, December 16th, 2022 - Ugly Sweater Day!

• Can’t celebrate December holidays without at least one inclusion of Ugly Sweaters!

Monday, December 19th, 2022 - Flannel Day

• Nothing better on an icy, cold day than wearing some cozy flannel clothes!

Tuesday, December 20th, 2022 - Candy Cane Day! (Wear Red and White)

• In honor of one of December’s most iconic sweet treats, be sure to wear red and white to show off your holiday spirit!

Wednesday, December 21st, 2022 - Dress Up As Your Favorite Holiday Character!

• Spread some holiday cheer by dressing up as your favorite holiday character!

Thursday, December 22nd, 2022 - New Years Eve Attire!

• Celebrate the coming of the new year by dressing to impress with some New Years accessories!

Friday, December 23rd, 2022 - Pajama Day!

• Wind down the year by donning your warmest and most comfortable pajamas! Be sure to get lots of rest over the Winter Break!!
