Dear families and staff of P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School,


We would like to cordially invite you to attend our upcoming Spring 2023 Parent Teacher Conferences which will be held via the ZOOM platform on Thursday, March 9th, 2023!

About Event:

P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School invites all of our parents to meet with their child’s teacher during our upcoming Spring 2023 Parent Teacher Conferences!


Our teachers will be giving our parents a chance to meet with them to discuss their child’s current progress in the 2022-2023 academic school year while also addressing any questions or concerns that they may have.


Parents will have the chance to select from one of two session times as listed below in the “Schedule/Location of Event” section.


Please be advised that every class has their own Zoom link which is listed in the “Additional Information SECTION” below.

Event Name: P.S. 211 Spring 2023 Parent Teacher Conferences


Date: Thursday, March 9th, 2023


Time: Parents will be able to choose between two sessions:

  • Afternoon Session: 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
  • Evening Session: 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Location: Held virtually via the ZOOM platform (please look for your class’ link in the “Additional Information SECTION below)



Additional Information:

Please be advised that our P.S. 211 Spring 2023 Parent Teacher Conferences for the 2022-2023 school year will be held virtually via the ZOOM platform.


Please also be advised that Thursday, March 9th, 2023 is also going to be a half-day for ALL students and dismissal will be at 11:20 AM!
