October 13th, 2023 - ALERT: P.S. 211 Fall 2023 After School Programs Begin on Tuesday, October 17th, 2023!!

 

Dear families and staff of P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School,

 

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that our Fall 2023 After School Programs will officially begin next week on Tuesday, October 17th, 2023!!

 

If you successfully registered your child for one of our Fall 2023 After School Programs and your child was assigned to a program then you should have received a confirmation email today with additional information including the program that your child was assigned to along with their designated After School Program Teacher.

 

Also, please be advised that some of our programs still have a few open spots so please apply as soon as possible! An email with a unique link will be sent out on Monday, October 16th, 2023 to those parents who have not yet registered their child for one of our Fall 2023 After School Programs.

 

We would like to thank all of our families who have already registered for an after school program as most of our spots have already been filled, however, we still have a few spots open in eight (8) of our programs.

 

Please see below for the list of the programs that still have seats available at this time (PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER AGAIN):

 

  • AM Homework Help (Grades 2-3) - 4 spots are available
  • AM Homework Help (Grades 4-5) - 13 spots are available
  • Art Club (Grades 3-5) - 4 spots available
  • Chippy AM Library Club (Grades 2-5) - 22 spots available
  • Chippy PM Library Club (Grades 2-5) - 16 spots available
  • Essential Writing Skills (Grades 3-5) - 1 spot available
  • SEL Through the Arts (Grades KG-2) - 9 spots available
  • Spanish Support (Grades K-1) - 16 spots available

 

Our P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elm Tree Elementary Fall 2023 After School Programs will begin on Tuesday, October 17th, 2023 so please register your child as soon as possible for any of the programs that still have spots available (which were listed above).

 

Each of the programs will run every Tuesday and Wednesday starting at 2:30 PM and ending at 4:20 PM (except for the ongoing CBO After School Program which is scheduled daily) and the program will continue through Wednesday, January 31st, 2024.

 

If you are interested in registering your child for one of the after school programs that currently have seats available please fill out our P.S. 211 Fall 2023 Elm Tree Elementary After-School Program Registration Form or scan the QR code located on the flyer at the top of this page.

 

Please be advised that you will need to know your child’s ID, class and grade information so please reach out to your teacher if you do not know this information.

 

Finally, please be advised that there will be NO BUSSING available during the length of this program and you will be required to physically pick up your child around 4:15 PM on each of the designated days.
