March 7th, 2024 - P.S. 211 Invites You to Attend Our March 2024 Parent Teacher Conferences (Half Day for All Students)
Dear families and staff of P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School,
We would like to cordially invite you to attend our upcoming P.S. 211 November 2023 Parent Teacher Conferences (Half Day for All Students) which will take place virtually via the ZOOM platform on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023 between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM for the afternoon session and 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM for the evening session!
Parents are invited to join their children’s classroom teacher virtually (by accessing a class’ specific ZOOM meeting link) for a discussion regarding their child’s progress and any additional information regarding their child’s academic plans for the remainder of the school year!
Each class/teacher will have their own unique ZOOM link (which can be accessed on the official event page linked below) and will be available to meet with our parents between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM for the afternoon session and 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM for the evening session!
Please be advised that Thursday, November 2nd is also going to be a half day for all of our students and dismissal will begin at 11:20 AM!
We advise our parents to speak to our school staff regarding our school’s very own P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School phone application as our staff will be more than happy to provide our parents with information on how they can download/install the phone application and create their accounts.
