Dear families and staff of P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School,

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the annual New York City School Survey will be open to parents starting Monday, February 13th, 2023 until March 31st, 2023.

During this time period, parents will be able to fill out the NYC School Survey and either send the physical copy back to P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School or the completed receipt if filled out online.

The NYC School Survey is a great opportunity for our parents to voice their opinions and concerns so that we can review the feedback and implement various strategies to better serve our students, our parents and our community.

We want our parents to know that filling out the survey is important as it ultimately assists with school improvement measures and the results help with providing a clear vision for administration, teachers and our staff to best support the needs of our students and parents.

Please remember to fill out the NYC School Survey (either online or the physical form) and send it back to school with your child. If you choose to fill out the physical form then please send back the completed form and if you choose to fill out the survey electronically then please send back the completed receipt with your child during the next school day.

Finally, if any of our parents need assistance with filling out the NYC School Survey, please be advised that we have scheduled a day for parents to come into our school and receive assistance from our school’s Parent Coordinator, Ms. Gisella Catarine.
