February 28th, 2023 - ALERT: P.S. 211 After School Programs Begin Tomorrow!

 

Dear families and staff of P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School,

 

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that our Spring 2023 After School Programs will officially begin tomorrow, Wednesday, March 1st, 2023.

 

If you successfully registered your child for one of our Spring 2023 After School Programs and your child was assigned to a program then you should have received a confirmation email earlier today with additional information including the program that your child was assigned to.

 

Also, please be advised that some of our programs still have a few open spots so please apply as soon as possible!

 

We would like to thank all of our families who have already registered for an after school program as most of our spots have already been filled, however, we still have a few spots open in seven of our programs.

 

Please see below for the list of the programs that still have seats available at this time (PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER AGAIN):

 

  • Guided Reading (GRADES 4-5 ONLY)
  • Guided Math (GRADES 4-5 ONLY)
  • SEL Through the Arts (GRADES 3-5 ONLY)
  • Taekwondo (GRADES 2-5 ONLY)
  • Theater (GRADES 2-5 ONLY)
  • Ballroom Dancing (GRADES 2-5 ONLY)

 

Our Spring 2023 After School Program is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023 so please register your child as soon as possible! 

 

Each of the programs will run every Wednesday and Thursday from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM (except for the ongoing CBO After School Program which is scheduled daily) and the program will continue through Thursday, June 1st, 2023.

Finally, please be advised that there will be NO BUSSING available during the length of this program and you will be required to physically pick up your child around 4:15 PM on each of the designated days.
