March 2nd, 2023 - ALERT to ALL Parents: There’s Still Time to Fill Out the NYC School Survey

Dear families and staff of P.S. 211 Elm Tree Elementary School,

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that you still have time to fill out the annual New York City School Survey as the deadline is  on Friday, March 31st, 2023!

We would like to thank any parents that have already filled out the NYC School Survey, however, we would like to encourage ALL of our parents to please fill out the survey at your earliest convenience as it allows us to improve as a school in serving our students, parents and our community.

Please note that the survey can be filled out either electronically or physically in paper form. Completing the survey will increase the chances of your child’s class to win a prize so please be sure to complete the survey as soon as possible.
